With two-row design, it coordinates with Gothic arc contact design to provide four-way equal load, which suitable for all ways of installed application.
(2)Optimization process design
Guide and sliding block are made by roll forming to have layered continuous formation with a better anti-fatigue strength. Special heat treatment is conducted to form 100% the martensitic structure on the surface with highly HRC58 ~ 62 hardness to provide a good anti-wear ability and increase useful life.
(3)Steel ball retainer design
Patented steel ball holder design employed, we use point to face retaining rather than point to point retaining of other brand to keep steel ball not fall when sliding block uninstalled from guide.
(4)Design for easy to use
Applying for the use in limited space due to its special small size. There is an escape groove on the side of guide for customer to embedding use.
