Hollow Rotary Actuators

• Hollow Rotary Actuators can be applied to
laser engraving, typing, CCD ( Charge-
   Coupled Device ) detection
and other
   purposes.
• High inertia carriers such as mould, bracket
etc. with 90 degrees, 180 degrees or any
   angle of rotation
.
• Rotary axis application.

Application Note
• Direct Link
The rotating disk can be directly locked with the carrier

• Hollow Structure
   Wiring and piping are convenient

 High Positioning Accuracy
   Repeated positioning accuracy±5sec Positioning accuracy≦1min

 Suspension Installation
This product adopts 7 series angular contact ball bearings, flip-chip applicable.

• Easy Coordination of Motor
Compatible to any brand of servo motor or stepper motor.

Processing
Rotation disk body employs aluminum alloy material, processed by"μ"class processing machine and turn-milling to ensure the accuracy of each part.
Gear adopts spiral design, reaching to the accuracy of 2 stage gearbox and cy, with HRC52 degree hardness through nitriding treatment.
Rotation disk will be conducted with grinding processing after completion of the assembly for ensuring the degree of verticality and degree of parallelism.

Structure
On account of the problem for lateral force the rotation disk in use, we adopt "angular ball bearing" (Taper Roller) to bear
the lateral arm load of disk.

Detection
The whole series are tested by the German made "HEIDENHAIN" angle analyzer test, gear backlash and repeated tolerances as a general inspection process for all products.

Remark illustration
1. Allowable torque : Refers to the mechanical strength limit of the reduction gear, including acceleration torque, load
inertia, must be used within the allowable torque range
2. Inertia : Refers to the sum rotor inertia of motor part and the conversion value of inertia of reduction gear on
    rotation platform.
3. Permissible speed: Refers to the permissible disk speed of rotation platform for the mechanical strength of
    reduction gear.
4. Resolution : Refers to pulse number of revolving one circle of disk of rotation platform.
5. Positioning Precision: Refers to the sum of the positioning angle errors accumulated by the rotation platform disk
    within 360 °
6. Repeatability (Positioning Precision) : Refers to the relative angular error for the rotation platform between forward
direction positioning and reversal direction positioning at any point.
7. Rotation platform parallelism : Refers to parallelism from disk running of rotation platform to the foot-mounted surface.
8. Rotation platform concentricity : Refers to concentricity error value of internal diameter and external diameter on rotation
   platform upon non-loading.
