Structure
The main body is processed by aluminum alloy integral forming processing with the design basis of CNC rotary table.

Best concentricity
• High-rigidity bearings are installed front and rear, back to back bearing arrangement.
• Enhances high load and disk parallelism of operation, and maintain the concentricity for long-term.

Bearing characteristics
Worm gear material is adopted Japanese special high-tension brass provided from the first brand of worm gear maker in Japan, with high hardness,
low friction coefficient, and high precision transmission.

Assembly test
• All products are controlled by strict general inspection with six tests required.
   Three-dimensional Coordinate Measuring Machine → Two-dimensional Coordinate Measuring Machine
   → HEIDENHAIN Precision Test → Motor load current value → 24 hours pre-operation test.
• All castings will be assembly with repeated measurement of geometric accuracy by three-dimensional coordinate
   measure machine before assembly and after goods finished.
• Adopts German imported ring-type optical scale test positioning accuracy for 24 hour trial operation and it will conduct
   the second repeated measurement in order to ensure quality stability of all mechanisms.
