Ballscrew is a transmission mechanical component to make motion of steel ball between the nut and the screw. It converts sliding contact of traditional screw into rolling contact, and then converts the rotary motion of steel ball within the nut into a linear motion.

With the characteristics of a high positioning precision, long useful life, low pollution, capability of making a high-speed forward and reverse transmission as well as transform transmission etc, it has become one of important components for positioning and measurement system in recent precision technology industry and precision machinery industry.

► IZK Company History
• 1984 Established on September 17 of the same year, the company specialized in high precision ball screw grinding               machine & cylindrical grinder center.      
• 1987 Introduced CNC lathes and established precision machining centers and began to produce a great amount of               precision machining parts.
• 1990 Began production of ball screw nut and established a deep foundation for the production of ball screw.
• 1996 Started OEM production for high-end precision grinding grade ball screw.
• 2000 Launched its own brand and engaged in Japan's domestic sales.
• 2004 Moved to Chidani Factory in April, and there was a earthquake in Niigata County in October of the same year.
• 2005 Introduced high-precision thread grinding machine to realize more than one meter grinding screw length.
• 2008 Introduced of high-precision laser lead-screw lead automatic measuring instruments.
• 2010 Takuro Ishizaka took charge of general manager in October.
• 2013 launched single-row circulation & head-tail end reflow internal ball circulation.
