Hippo Gear Rotary Table

It is IP65 rated and suitable for wet environments. It adopts and large modulus tooth root design, which is suitable for large inertia load rotation needs.

Its gear precision reaches JIS0 level (gear geometric tolerance ±0.002mm), ultra-low backlash and high conduction efficiency (96%), noise level is less than 50db at 1500rpm, and the use of high-hardness, high-density gear material ensures a long precision life.

• High rigidity bearings
The rotary disk is designed to accommodate both axial and radial forces, and uses “NSK” angled roller bearings,
which can withstand greater loads. The physical direction force generated during loading pushes down the roller,
making the bearing and the center of the rotary shaft concentric automatically. This type of bearing is used at the
front and rear of the rotary shaft body.

• Special chromium-molybdenum alloy steel gears
Using high hardness, high density material, the tooth surface reaches JIS 0 grade (gears are researched and
manufactured by a professional manufacturer with 100 years of experience in Japan).

• High rigidity body
The body is made of alloy steel material, hot forged into shape.
• Computer simulation analysis
Through software, the material structure will be analyzed under different conditions of loading, speed,
and ambient temperature, and the resulting stress data will be analyzed.

• Angular transmission inspection
Gear backlash and transmission accuracy are all examined by “HEIDENHAIN” Angle Analyzer to ensure that
the positioning accuracy is within the qualified range.

• Geometric accuracy inspection
Parallelism and concentricity of the disk surface are all examined by “WENZEL” full air-floating granite
   three-dimensional measuring machine from Germany.
